Official establishment of bem.builders in France

Following the announcement of the launch of bem.builders last year, the company's official establishment in France is effective today after the completion of administrative formalities in Paris. The company has been legally incorporated and has taken the form of a simplified joint-stock company (SAS).

France was chosen as the primary location because it offers a highly advanced tech ecosystem and is a leader in technological innovation in Europe.

The company will benefit from an extended first fiscal year, which will end on December 31, 2023.

bem.builders is the pioneer metaverse experiences factory, creating architectural, artistic and experiential bridges between brands and the metaverse to engage the Gen Z where it matters.

Implantation officielle de la société bem.builders en France

Suite à l’annonce du lancement de la société bem.builders l’année dernière, l’implantation officielle de la société en France est effective ce jour après la finalisation des formalités administratives à Paris. La société a été légalement constituée et a pris la forme d’une SAS.

La France a été choisie comme lieu d’implantation principal car elle offre un écosystème tech très avancé et se pose en leader de l’innovation technologique en Europe.

La société bénéficiera d’un premier exercice fiscal étendu qui se terminera le 31 décembre 2023.

bem.builders est une agence pionnière de créations d’expériences dans les métavers, créant ainsi des ponts architecturaux, artistiques et expérientiels entre les marques et le métavers afin d’engager avec la génération Z.
